Hornfest is our yearly event & tournament happening in the Airdrie / Calgary region Victoria Day weekend. It features various competitions like multi-tiered longsword, dueling sabre, and cutting tournaments. Our tournament lead, Julian Schuetze, has over 10 years of tournament organizational experience including being the previous head organizer of CombatCon’s HEMA tournaments: one of the largest, most well known tournaments in the sport. Our team travels to a variety of tournaments every year, learning as much from the wider sword community, in order to help craft the best event we can.
